ESTA REPLACES I 94-W FORM
Effective March 15, citizens from countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) traveling on Air Canada to, or via the United States, must obtain prior approval through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). For a complete list of participating VWP countries and information about the program, please refer here.

Your customers can apply for an ESTA at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/.
