| Good Morning Travel Partners! I greet you this morning with great news! We have received some phenomenal group rates for Sandals Grande Riviera and Sandals Whitehouse which has afforded us the opportunity to offer a lead-in group rate of US$350.00 gross per room at SGO and US$400.00 gross per room at SWH for the Fall of 2012.
We are also offering 1 complimentary room for every 5 rooms paid with a maximum of 3 complimentary rooms per group during specific time periods which are indicated below. The rates and complimentary policy are only applicable to contracted groups (weddings, social, meetings and incentives, etc.) up to 35 rooms.
These gross rates are not combinable with the air credit promotion. As this is an inventory controlled promotion, the Tour Operators must check availability with the Groups Department. These concessions only apply to new group bookings as of June 8, 2012. This promotion can be changed or discontinued at any time.
For groups larger than 35 rooms, please contact Tonya Hawryluk in the Groups Department (1-800-SANDALS ext. 6172) to verify if we can accommodate the group based on resort and time of travel.
