-Log onto the “Apple Cafe” or “Just for Travel Agents” from myappleonline.com (or go to http://travelagents.applevacations.com).
-Click on “Helping You Sell”, then “Print on Demand”.
-Select “Free Downloads”
-”Filter” by desired gateway
-Choose the flyer you would like, and save to your PC
-Open the flyer, and customize with your contact information
(there will be a rectangle-shaped box at the bottom of the flyer reserved for your agency information)
This is a GREAT way to easily and inexpensively market and promote your agency and latest specials available.
A few ideas…
-print flyers easily for last minute events
-distribute at your local networking groups, or other local businesses that will display your flyers
-quickly email the latest deals to your clients
*TIP FOR EMAILING FLYERS – Take a snapshot of the flyer. One you have the .PDF file open, take a snapshot by either clicking on the camera icon on your toolbar, or select “Tools”, then “Select and Zoom”. Click on the Snapshot tool. Put your cursor on the top left of the page, and click and drag to the bottom right, then release. The flyer is now copied. Open a new email, add a message if you wish and paste the flyer to your email. Then forward to your clients.
*Some web-based email applications may not support this process. In that case, you may elect to simply add a personalized message – then simply attach the flyer to the email as a file.
