REVIEW YOUR GROUP CALENDARS- If you belong to a consortia (Signature, Ensemble, etc.) make sure you know where to find the Princess Group Calendars- print them out and put them in your PRINCESS file/folder for easy reference. MONITOR WEEKLY PROMOTIONAL SUMMARIES- Send your clients a postcard or call them with the special offers on destinations that you think they may be interested in. This is not “intrusive” but a way of maintaining your relationship with them and letting them know you have their best interests in mind.
