On September 1st we launched some outstanding enhancements to our “My Travel Guard” policy. Please take a look at the attached selling guide for this product which provides an overview of the new plan. You should have received communication on this by email and by snail mail. The purpose of my email today is to highlight some of the enhancements to make sure you are aware of what this plan has to offer.
Here are the highlights:
- This product now includes commission protection – same as our Gold product.

IMPORTANT LOGIN PROCEDURE CHANGES EFFECTIVE TODAY

To our valued travel agents,
This morning we made changes to your account login procedures. These changes are vital to our efforts to provide a secure and safe platform for you to safely transmit your customers’ confidential information.
The changes include session time outs after 2 hours of idle activity, the need to reset your password every 6 months, and new password requirements. Site Managers will be given more control to reset users; add, remove and edit users; reset passwords; and lock and unlock user accounts.
